Matt Lucas

Matt Lucas is an actor, comedian, presenter and writer who is best known for the multi-award-winning Little Britain. Matt’s film credits include: Alice in Wonderland, Alice Through The Looking Glass, Bridesmaids and Paddington. On television his credits include: Shooting Stars, Doctor Who, The Wind in the Willows and A Midsummer Night’s Dream, as well as Little Britain and Come Fly With Me with David Walliams. Matt is now co-host of The Great British Bake Off with Noel Fielding. Matt fulfilled a lifetime ambition to appear in Les Misérables, playing Thenardier in the 25th Anniversary Concert at the O2 arena, the All-Star Staged Concert at the Gielgud Theatre and for a run in the main West End production. His memoir, Little Me, was published by Canongate in 2017.During lockdown, Matt’s Thank You Baked Potato song became a viral sensation, raising funds for Feed NHS and reaching number 1 in the iTunes download chart. This was accompanied by a Thank You Baked Potato picture book and followed up with a Merry Christmas Baked Potato book and song in support of FareShare.
